• Assist to enhance the Compliance Framework focusing on promoting Culture at The Top, Policies, Systems, Documentation, Training, Monitoring, Investigations, Remediation and Disciplinary Framework.
• Implement Third-Party Compliance management cycle in Japan.
• Conduct compliance trainings in Japan.
• Assist investigations in Japan.
• Work closely with all Business Units and Functions to establish a good relationship to embed compliance as a culture.
• Assist compliance related projects including system implementations, user acceptance testing and trainings.
• Assist to ensure that Japan stays current with regulations and industry codes in Japan.
• Work with other internal teams to ensure remains in compliance with local regulations, e.g., Transparency, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Public Affairs, etc.
