Job Scope
• Representing PP/VMX/PE business in Japan
• Managing existing business and develop new business
• Focal point for interface between Japan customers/authority and regional business lines
Customers
• Vistamaxx: 4 direct customers, 2 resellers and ~ 10 potential customers
• PP: limited sales, Japan HQ management
• PE: 2 Key direct customers, 3 resellers & ~ 10 potential customers
Key Responsibilities
• Account Management
o Regular meeting with resellers for market information update
o Support resellers to develop new customers
o Develop new customers
o Work with CSP for order handling and logistics arrangement
o Regular key customers visit for multi-level relationship
o CFB handling support
o Pricing tool update
• Market Intelligence
o Weekly highlight for sales status and market including the competitors’ activities
o Market demand estimation / Industry trend analysis
• Pipeline Management
o Input & update opportunities / progress management
o Reseller program stewardship
o Training EM products to reseller and arrange technical support when necessary
o Periodic update and review with ADT team
o Inquiry follow-ups
• Regulation related
o JHOSPA registration coordination
Organization
• P&R Sales, functionally report to KJ P&R Sales Supervisor and administratively report to AIB Sales Manager in Japan.
• Headcount under PP/VMX
• Member of 2 ADT (PE Backsheet / Vistamaxx New Development)
• Expected CL: 24 ~ 26
