Job Summary
The position is responsible for overall IT functions for Japan Tupperware. The position is a key role for Tupperware business to support strategy and advise the management team for IT technologies. Maintain, manage and secure Tupperware’s private and confidential information. IT Services Supervisor will be also working with the business stakeholders in order to formulate, plan and execute the IT solutions and projects.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure quality and efficient IT service delivery, management and measurement.
Responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing continuous improvement of IT services.
Responsible for identifying and implementing standard systems and IT management processes which are in alignment with Tupperware standard.
Plan and execute IT application systems and processes enhancement to deliver better work flow efficiencies and reduce manual processes where possible.
Ensure all current and future systems are in alignment to business needs, and provide measurable value to the business.
Develop, execute and maintain local DRP/BCP in conjunction with the management team of Japan Tupperware.
Deliver cost savings and contribute to business profit growth through providing efficient IT services.
Manage the daily administrative tasks of a team, maintenance, operations, and business user support.
Responsible for improving and enhancing IT application systems.
